About Me

Hi everyone! My name is Mrs. B and I teach 3rd grade Reading and Language Arts. I LOVE my job! We learn so many interesting things in 3rd grade. When I'm not teaching I like to go to sporting events and hang out with my family. We are going to have a great year!

Here's My Dollar

This week we are reading the expository story Here's My Dollar.  In this story a little girl persuades people in her city to donate a dollar (or more) to help care for the animals at the local zoo.  I have two questions for you to answer based on what we have read this week:      1. What does it mean to "persuade" someone?            2.  What is something that you might need to persuade someone about?    I can't wait to read your responses!
